Hempseed oil is widely used in organic beauty products, skin creams, soaps, and more for good reason. It is rich in Omega-3 and 6 (+ all of the amino acids that our bodies need), essential compounds for maintaining healthy skin and hair.
Packed with vitamins including E, A, D and B plus minerals including zinc, magnesium and phosphorous, hemp seed oil is a nourishing and moisturising ingredient that is kind and gentle to our skin and hair.
Hemp seed oil-based products are a great treatment for dry skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis thanks to the high levels of amino acids. These amino acid proteins are the very building blocks of our skin, hair and nails. They promote healthy skin by making sure that the cell membranes remain flexible. Hemp seed oil contains GLA, which is an anti-inflammatory, reducing itchiness and irritation from dry skin conditions.
